Eat Well, Live Well Series

The Picnic Project, in partnership with Advent Health, will be hosting Eat Well, Live Well. It is held on the first Monday of each month in the Fellowship Hall in the Co-0p Building. The next meeting will be Monday, February 6th from 11:00am – 1:00pm. Topic for this month is sleep & rest habits. Lunch will be provided. This series is free of charge.
